The Enigma of Shadows
In art photography, exaggerating shadow and light can create dramatic, beautiful results.
The parallel to life that I see is that two seemingly opposite ideas can sometimes both be “right.” Instead of being trapped in false dichotomies, we need to see that sometimes it’s not “either-or,” but rather “both.”
For example, instead of thinking that continuous hard work always must lead to burnout, we can instead ask the question: how can we sustain peak performance and also avoid burnout?
