The Power of Presence

Capturing a fleeting moment is a defining aspect of classic street photography. The lesson for me around this was the importance of presence. What do we miss when we are not truly present moment to moment?

How might we connect on a more genuine level with another human being if weren’t mind-wandering while in conversation with them?

How might our lives be enriched if we really paid attention to the now, rather than ruminating about past mistakes, or worrying about the future?
